Lars Fogtmann has been a coach and trainer for more than 15 years. He has been sharing the wisdom of the three principles with leaders and teams in companies, schools and healthcare since 2013 and is one of Denmarks most experienced 3P facilitators. He is currently involved in several 3P based projects in Danish schools engaging students, teachers and parents in the conversation.
