Performance and Results in Education

Together, we will explore the school environment and the area of performance and results. What is pressure and do stress particles really exist inside the exam hall? Many students struggle in the lead up to and the taking of exams. Worries and concerns like, what people will think of them, or how is this going to affect my future, are prevalent amongst the youth, but what if it doesn’t have to be that way? What if there is something students could understand about the human experience which would allow them to show up in school life, highly confident, happy and with peace of mind irrespective of the outside expectations and circumstances.
