Debra Simmons
For over 20 years Debra was in a very unhealthy relationship.
She was a working mum struggling to parent her three children and run a home based sewing business.
When the relationship ended Debra began a journey of self discovery and in 2011 she came across the principles and her life changed beyond recognition.
Things that had always been a struggle started to make sense.
Debra wanted to share what she had found with other people who were struggling like she had so she volunteered for Women’s Aid (now NDADA) for four years.
She then decided to set up her own business and run a conference for the local community to share what she has learned.
She still runs that business and the third conference is planned for November 2020.
